🔁 Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification including:

Identification of the removed content and where it was located
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
Your full contact information (name, address, phone, and email)
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court for your district and will accept legal service from the original complainant

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files legal action within 10–14 business days.

🚫 Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, Befrohlich reserves the right to terminate user accounts found to be repeat infringers of copyright, when appropriate.
